Sprint Workout for Athleticism, Health, and Time

I’m here to spread the word about Sprint Interval Training. I think it’s almost the near perfect workout and I want to help people experience the same benefits!

Just a couple years ago, I couldn’t walk without any stiffness. Sitting down and getting up was not easy. I’d wake up with achy feet, stiff joints, my body felt broken. I was always active and athletic so not being able to do what I once was able was not a fun feeling. I was looking up doctors to help me with knee tendonitis that just wasn’t going away, and every review was saying after their first consultation they were recommended to get surgery! That’s when I decided I had to figure out something else.

The reason I started sprinting because I’ve found it is the most translatable to athletics. It directly translated to sports, which I still love playing. Basketball, football, baseball, softball, sorry I don’t play soccer but would definitely still translate! And I didn’t have time, I really only have about an hour to spend on working out a day. So if I did weights it didn’t necessarily make me feel more explosive, faster, give me more agility, more athleticism or give me more plyometric ability. I did stuff like P90X, that was great, definitely more athletic but after going through it a couple years, I think I capped out it’s limitations. I found Sprint training for more athleticism was a great way to workout.

I’ve regained back mobility in all my joints, hips, knees, ankles, feet. I went from from walking like the tin man to being able jump out of bed. At age 45 I’m still gaining muscle. I’m still getting faster. I’m playing flag football leagues and tournaments with people half my age. My metabolism has increased. My circulation and heart health feel amazing. I rarely get sick, my immune and respiratory system feel strong. Sprint Interval Training is pure focus, my mind and body connection are super sharp. I lost an overall 30 lbs just doing Sprint Interval Training. Be sure, I’m just sharing my own personal experience and not making any claims.

But I think there are so many huge benefits to Sprint Interval Training for people that want to workout for athleticism and haven’t tried it. Health and fitness benefits. Time benefits. Mind/body benefits. Get that afterburn. Condition the body to be more resilient against some negative food habits.

Spriint Fit isn’t just running as fast as you can back and forth, although you could but you’re not going to get strength, balance and athletic benefits that I’ve built into my routine.
