5 years ago, I’d lost most of my athleticism, quickness, speed, explosiveness. My knees, feet and joints were creaky. My mobility was shot, my knees weren’t able to sit and get up from the couch, getting up and down the stairs was difficult. I thought I was done with sports. I assumed that’s just what happens with time, age, work, sitting, commuting. Can’t stay young forever. So I thought. Fast forward to today, I do sprint workouts everyday, basketball every other night and football on the weekends. It’s possible to get back your athleticism, reverse aging, play forever.
