Squat Progression

I just published my Squat Progression ladder. This progression will help prevent injuries, increase overall quality of life, reverse the negative impacts of sitting and a sedentary lifestyle and I would say the base for starting a successful sprint routine. If you haven’t started your Sprint Interval Training routine, this is a great “pre-season” to get your primed and ready. If you’re already sprinting this is a great foundational piece to add to your base.

I’m also putting together a Spriint Starter routine for those just getting started on this Spriint journey.
